At the Annual General Meeting held in December 2011, the Officers were all unanimously re-elected and are:

John Heesom, Chairman;
John Newton, Vice Chairman;
Alaister Macrae, Technical Advisor
and Competitions Officer;
Doreen Williams, Treasurer;
Marjorie Gregory, Secretary.

Alan Williams and Dora Ainsworth again agreed to serve on the Committee.
